The tension

You can love God, care about people, and still have a gym that depends on you for everything.

Many gym owners carry a real tension. They want the gym to reflect their faith, but the mission lives in their head. The team cannot repeat it. Members feel the owner’s care when the owner is in the building, and feel something thinner when they are not. The marketing says “great community” because nobody has written down what actually makes the gym different.

The answer is not shame, a shortcut, or another collection of ideas. The answer is to make the decisions, write them down, and build the systems that let your team carry the mission with you.

That is what GymCon is for.

What you will work on

Culture, systems, and marketing in the same conversation.

Friday

Culture

Clarify mission, values, and team behaviors so your culture can be seen and led. Leave with them written down where your team can read them.

Friday

Systems

Build the leadership and member-care rhythms that keep the gym serving people well without routing every decision through you.

Saturday

Marketing

Say in one sentence why someone should choose your gym. Fix the message so it sounds like you and stops sounding like everyone else.

Bring the decision you have been avoiding.
Leave with it written down.

The event promise

This is not a conference you attend and forget.

You will see the model, examine how it works, and write your own first step before you leave. Bring the decision you have been avoiding. Leave with a written plan and the agenda for your first team conversation.

Every ticket includes the Kingdom Gym Field Guide, a curated welcome gift, and guided time to write your First-Step Plan.

Meet your host

Nathan Mansfield & the Iron Forge team

Nathan founded Iron Forge in San Antonio in 2022 and has since partnered with 16 gyms in seven states. He leads GymCon alongside the Iron Forge team, teaching the Iron Forge approach to culture, systems and marketing, and hosting the Platinum Culture Lab on Saturday night. You will see a working gym’s model up close: the numbers, the systems and the people running them.

Behind the Forge, the Friday dinner, and the Culture Lab are the parts of GymCon where you get closest to how the model actually runs week to week.

Questions

Before you reserve.

Who is this for?
Christian gym owners and owner-operators who want a gym that honors God and grows, and who are willing to make decisions and act on them. Most attendees run a single gym with a small team.
Is this only for gym owners?
Owners get the most from it. General managers, operators, and spouses or partners who influence business decisions are welcome; bring them on a ticket of their own so they can work the plan with you.
Does a ticket include hotel, flights, meals, or transportation?
No. Fly into DFW International or Dallas Love Field; rideshare serves both. Gold and Platinum include the Friday dinner; Platinum includes two hosted lunches. Hotel recommendations go out once the venue is confirmed.
Is there coaching or implementation included?
No. Every ticket equips you to decide and lead. Done-for-you work and ongoing coaching are a separate Iron Forge partnership, and GymCon does not require it.
What is the Platinum Culture Lab?
A four-hour Saturday-night session with Nathan and the Iron Forge team for up to ten owners. You bring one culture challenge from your gym, take a short live feedback turn, receive group feedback, and draft your own Culture Decision Map.
Where in Fort Worth is it held?
All sessions take place in Fort Worth, Texas. The venue name and address are announced to ticket holders as soon as they are confirmed.
What is the refund or transfer policy?
Tickets are transferable to another owner. The full refund and transfer terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
What should I wear?
Business casual for sessions. Bring athletic wear if you plan to join the optional 8:00 AM group workout and worship.
